The 8-Step Perfect Flip Checklist
One of the best parts about writing a newsletter is that it forces me to think through my own investment frameworks.
Things that used to live only in my head now have to be organized so others can read them. I can’t mind-meld with you and transfer all my investing knowledge, but that would be cool, right?
(Side note, my 7-year-old loves that he can now do the “live long and prosper” Vulcan hand salute)
Anyway, organizing my investing intuition into steps others can follow has made me a much better flipper.
So, while putting together content for my live Bootcamp, I came up with the idea of creating a “master” checklist.
Essentially, it’s a quick run-through for every card purchase that ensures you’re buying only investments with high upside and low downside.
Today I’ll share how it works with an example card and give you a PDF download you can print and keep on your desk.
